I just bought your Personal Training
Log today and I absolutely love it. It gives me space
to keep track of EVERYTHING I need all in one neat package.
No more making notes on pieces of paper and bringing
them home to write on my previous "weekly sheets". Thank
you. It will truly help with the motivation to continue.
I have been on the
Body For Life Program since November 01, 2004, and by
September 26, 2005 had lost 111 lbs. You can check it

changes. I came in 9th in Canada for the Body For Life
Contest for 2005 - something I'm quite proud of. I'm
now working on building my physique to improve my placing
for 2006, and of course the core needs a lot of work
after losing so much weight. 230 to 119 lbs. I am currently
at 126 lbs, most of which is increased LBM. I love your
Log, I have looked at so many trying to find one that
would do exactly what yours has done. I got mine at

Lou, I am enjoying my Personal
Training Log. It does help keep me motivated and has
a place for me to write down everything. I especially
like the "food intake" section. I have three friends
who want to start lifting with me and I've already introduced
them to "The Personal Training Log" and they are all

Hi Lou - The Personal
Training Log is absolutely fantastic. It tracks absolutely
everything I need to get into contest shape. I have

I received the log mid last week. I did look at it and
it appears to have everything I need. I like your log
because it includes the training and nutrition in one
log, records the length of each training session (very
important since I am trying to stay under 1 hr for each
session), and records total weight lifted so I can get
a comparison between days. I am going to be using the
log religiously. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks,
